RENTAL CONDITIONS OF RENTAL VEHICLE
- When picking up the vehicle, you must present your driver’s license, identity card or passport and make sure that no document has expired.
- Our client must present a valid CREDIT CARD (VISA or MasterCard) as a guarantee of the rental, in the name of the person who appears as the main driver.
- The minimum required driver age is 26 years, with the maximum being 74 years of age. Drivers must have a driving license of at least 6 years.
- The reservation of a vehicle is not necessarily linked to a particular brand or model, but to a group of similar vehicles, in terms of technical and habitability characteristics, by size or capacity.
THE RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES
- Unlimited mileage within Andalusia and Gibraltar.
- VAT, local taxes and fees.
- Full risk insurance with franchise.
- 24 hour roadside assistance. (By calling +34 627 555 125)
- Aditional driver.
- GPS. (Based on availability)
NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE
- Supplement for vehicle delivery outside office hours:
- Between 07:01 and 09:00 there is a supplement of 50€.
- Between 6:01 p.m. and 9:59 p.m. there is a supplement of 50€.
- Between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. there is a supplement of 50€.
- Baby seat: 5 euros per day for each chair (maximum of 40 euros per contract). Installation in the vehicle is always the responsibility of the customer.
- Elevators: 5 euros per day for each elevator (maximum of 30 euros per contract).
Our vehicles are not authorized to circulate outside the territory of the autonomous community of Andalusia and/or Gibraltar. In the event of leaving said territory, the contract would be void, as well as the insurance coverage and roadside assistance. In addition, Good Morning Cars S.L. You can manage the charge for compensation for breach of contract on the credit card, with a value equal to the corresponding franchise.
INSURANCE
Good Morning Rent a Car offers two types of insurance:
- All-risk insurance with excess: offers compulsory and complementary Civil Liability coverage, legal defense and claims for damages and bodily accidents, partial protection against damage to the integrity of the vehicle, free 24-hour roadside assistance. The amount of the maximum franchise to pay varies depending on each group of rented vehicle:
- Group B1 – 450€
- Group C, G, D1, and B3. – 500€
- Group D2, E. – 600€
- Group F. – 800€
The client must leave a deposit as a guarantee of the franchise at the time of renting the vehicle. This deposit will be returned automatically when the vehicle is returned, as long as the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when it was picked up and without new damage caused during the rental period.
It remains at the disposal of Good Morning Cars s.l. the use of the excess to cover the damages caused to the vehicle. For this reason, the client is responsible not only for the payment of the repair costs of the vehicle, but also for all other expenses and costs derived from the damage, such as transportation costs and / or stoppage of the vehicle.
Understand that there are certain damages that are not covered by any insurance: loss of keys, damage to the underbody, damage to the radio-cd or upholstery, using the wrong fuel, driving under the influence of alcohol, loss or theft of car parts (eg. Spare wheel, reflective vest, etc.), any damage that does not appear in an accident or negligent driving report.

All-risk insurance WITHOUT excess: offers compulsory and complementary Civil Liability coverage, legal defense and claim for damages and bodily accidents, protection against damage to the integrity of the vehicle without excess, free 24-hour roadside assistance, windows and glass, locks, damage to tires and punctures.
This type of insurance does not require leaving any deposit as a guarantee.
The amount to pay for total insurance without excess varies depending on the group of the rented vehicle:
- Group A. – 7 euros per day (minimum 25 euros)
- Group B1 and B3. – 8 euros per day (minimum 30 euros)
- Group C, G, D1 and D2 – 8 euros per day (minimum 35 euros)
- Group E1 and E2. – 8 euros per day (minimum 40 euros)
- Group F. – 13 euros per day (minimum 90 euros)

GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
By virtue of this contract, Good Morning Cars S.L., with CIF B – 93469864 and registered office at C/ Vicente Blanch Picot, 23. Polígono Empresarial El Pinillo. Torremolinos – Málaga, rents the vehicle described on the front of the Contract to the person identified as the driver and the payer (hereinafter client), under the terms and conditions specified below (hereinafter, the Agreement). By placing your signature at the front of the Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement and agree to abide by them.
- OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT. The client acknowledges that he receives the vehicle as described in the Contract, clean and in the conditions of maintenance and operation. Damage, fuel tank and ancillary equipment is to be considered fit for use unless otherwise stated. The Client undertakes to preserve and maintain the vehicle, drive it and use it in compliance with the standards of the highway code, as well as those provided in this Agreement.
- CONTRACT PERIOD. The duration of the rental will be as it appears on the face of the agreement, specifying the date and time of delivery and return of the vehicle. Rental day is a 24-hour period from the time the rental commences, allowing for a 60-minute grace period to return. If the client decides to end the lease before the date specified in the contract, they will not be entitled to a refund of the amount corresponding to the days that the car was not used.
- USE OF THE VEHICLE. The Client undertakes to keep the vehicle in good condition and, without prejudice to the obligations that may appear in other clauses of the Contract: Use and drive the vehicle diligently, respecting the Traffic Law, Circulation of Motor Vehicles and Road Safety and other applicable provisions. Any damage caused to the vehicle through negligence from not following traffic signs will not be covered by insurance.
- RETURN OF THE VEHICLE. The return of the vehicle must occur at the branch, the date and time stipulated in the agreement. The vehicle will be returned by the client in the same conditions in which it was delivered, along with all documents, auxiliary equipment, tires, tools and accessories. The customer may not modify any technical characteristics of the vehicle, keys, equipment, tools and/or accessories or make any changes to the appearance and/or interior of the car. In this way, the client will be responsible for all the expenses necessary to return the car to its original state.
DO NOT RETURN THE VEHICLE
In the event that you 1) return the car on a date and time other than the one established in the Contract, 2) return or leave the vehicle in a different place than indicated in the contract, Good Morning will charge you the stipulated price per day plus a 100% increase, expenses for travel, transportation, cranes, etc.
*Good Morning Cars reserves the right to take legal action before the competent authorities in any case of loss or non-return of the vehicle. The Customer assumes full responsibility for the consequences.
- CONTRACT EXTENSION. The client has the obligation to return the car on the date and time specified in the Contract. If the client wants to extend the rental, they must do so in person at any of the Good Morning Rent a Car offices and sign the extension. There will be no contract extension by phone, email or text message. If the contract cannot be extended due to unavailability of vehicles or any other cause, the customer must return the vehicle on the scheduled date and time. By requesting an extension, Good Morning Rent a Car may require the customer to sign a new contract, thereby terminating the existing contract. In any case, the amount deposited in guarantee can be used for an extension. The unilateral extension by the Client will be considered as unauthorized use of the vehicle for the purposes of the client’s responsibility for any damage that the vehicle presents.
- PAYMENTS. The Customer expressly agrees to pay Good Morning Rent a Car at the beginning of the rental period (prices and rates include current tax rates and may vary depending on the season). At the time of delivery of the vehicle, the customer must present a valid credit card as a form of payment. The card must belong to the person listed as the main driver on the rental agreement.
- FUEL POLICY. The renter must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that was in the vehicle at the beginning of the rental period. If this is not the case, the corresponding expenses will be charged.
- MISUSE OF THE VEHICLE. The client will be requested to keep the vehicle in optimal conditions and use it diligently, in accordance with the laws and regulations and at all times to avoid any situation that may damage the vehicle. The client will not allow the vehicle to be driven by anyone, except a person authorized in the contract. Otherwise, the customer will be directly responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by third parties in this situation.
- The misuse of the vehicle includes, and is not limited to, the following cases cited by way of example:

- Driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, psychotropic drugs, stimulants or similar substances or in states of reduced driving capacity, such as fatigue or illness, or allowing the vehicle to be driven by a person who is in such circumstances .
- Reckless driving and/or driving contrary to traffic regulations.
- The use of the vehicle for illegal purposes.
- The use of the vehicle once the rental period has ended.
- Carrying more passengers than specified by the vehicle manufacturer or permitted by law, or using the vehicle to transport animals.
- The use of the vehicle to move, push or tow other vehicles, trailers or objects.
- Driving on very poor roads or in other places that can damage the vehicle.
- Driving in places not suitable for driving, such as beaches, forest tracks, dirt roads, etc.
- Using the vehicle to participate in competitions, contests, training or testing the resistance of materials, equipment or automotive products.
- Use of vehicle fuel or of a quality or characteristics other than those applied according to the fuel indicated by the manufacturer for each type of vehicle.
- Parking the vehicle incorrectly or leaving it unlocked when not in use.
- Leaving objects in sight inside the vehicle, which are capable of being stolen and causing consequent damage to the vehicle.
- Alter the vehicle’s odometer.
Any case that violates the provisions of this Agreement will be construed as an abuse of the agreement, in which case the customer is responsible for all damage caused to the vehicle and is obliged to pay all expenses incurred. In the case of a claim by judicial means, the client will incur all the costs of the procedure, including lawyers and legal costs, but his speech and his presence in court is not procedurally bound.
- DRIVING LICENSE. The client must be in possession of a valid driving license that is approved to drive in Spain. The customer must hold the license for a minimum of four years. The customer is directly responsible for proof of the validity of the license.
- ADDITIONAL DRIVERS. All customers and/or authorized drivers will be jointly and severally liable for all obligations arising from the Customer Agreement and applicable laws.
- RIGHT TO CANCEL. Good Morning Rent a Car reserves the right to terminate the contract early, with immediate effect and without compensation to the client in the following cases:
- Upon receipt of information that calls into question the financial solvency of the client.
- Good Morning Rent a Car demonstrates that the client is in breach of the Contract or the client has misused the vehicle.
- In the exceptional case of not having the reserved vehicle, with a minimum advance notice of 7 days, the full rental refund will be made.
- STAFF. Good Morning Rent a Car is not responsible for stolen, forgotten or lost property inside the vehicle. Just as the client is responsible for installing and mounting additional accessories, in accordance with Spanish law. In the event of an accident, the company assumes no responsibility for such assembly.
