How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made directly on our website or in our office. You do not need a credit card to make the booking, it will be mandatory at the time of entering into the contract.

How can I modify or cancel my booking?

Free of charge by calling the numbers: 0034 951 768 758 / 0034 627 555 125 or by sending an email to info@goodmorningrentacar.com. In both case should be made with as much advance notice as possible, minimum 24 hours before.

What kind of insurance I have?

All our rates include all risk insurance franchise and the amount of allowance depends on the car group you choose to rent (read Terms and Conditions). There is the possibility of an insurance to all risk WITHOUT franchise offers a greater warranty with an additional cost. (For more information see the Terms and Conditions).

Do I have to leave a deposit?

If you take the insurance franchise, the amount of this allowance will be charged as a guarantee (or deposit). The amount of the deposit is equal to the excess required according to the car group. When the vehicle is returned and after verifying that there are no damages, the deposit will be refunded on the same credit card. If you take the All Risk insurance (without excess), the deposit will not be required

How do I pick up my car rental at the Malaga Airport?

Our representatives will be waiting for you in the arrivals area. They will be waiting with your Name written, in order to identify easily and to avoid confusion with other companies. Also at the time of making the booking, we will contact you by e-mail to adjust details of the collection of the car.

Do I have to pay for fuel in advance?

NO, you must return the vehicle with the same fuel level that you received it

Can I choose the vehicle model?

We confirm the group of car (cars with characteristics similar techniques), but not the model. You can indicate in comments the type of car you prefer and we will do our best to offer it if it is available.

Where do I return the car?

You have to deliver the vehicle at the place and time indicated in your contract or by our representative. In case of delays or schedule changes, please contact us and we will rearrange the delivery time. (See Terms and Conditions for delay in delivery)

Can I extend my contract?

To extend your rental, you must call our reservations department 34 951 768 758, at least 24 hours before the expiration of the contract, checking availability, our staff will tell you the procedure. It is necessary to avoid the expiration of the contract of the rental period to prevent the expiration of the insurance.

Can I pay in cash?

Yes, we accept money in cash, but it is essential to have a valid credit card that belongs to the primary cardholder of the contract as a guarantee of payment.

What documents do I need to rent a car?

The passport or identity card, the driving license and a valid credit card.

How much does it cost to add a second driver?

In our company, the second driver is free.

How many kilometers can I do with the car?

Our company offers unlimited mileage within Andalusia and Gibraltar.

I can leave Spain with the rental car?

You can only travel to Gibraltar off Spain and in the autonomous community of Andalusia.

Do I have to install myself the additional accessories?

The customer is responsible for installing and mounting the additional accessories, according with the Spanish law. In the event of an accident, the company assumes no responsibility for such mounting.
