Reservations are made directly on our website or in our office. A credit card is not necessary to make the reservation, it WILL be mandatory at the time of formalizing the contract.

All our rates include all-risk insurance + excess and the amount of excess depends on the group of car you choose to rent (read Terms and Conditions). There is the possibility of an all-risk insurance WITHOUT excess that offers a greater guarantee with an additional cost. (For more information, see the Terms and Conditions).
If the insurance + franchise is taken, the amount of said franchise will be charged as a guarantee (or deposit). The amount of the deposit is equal to the excess required according to the car group. When the vehicle is returned and after verifying that there are no damages, the deposit will be returned immediately to the same credit card. If the All Risk insurance (without excess) is taken, the deposit will not be required
No, you must return the vehicle with the same level of fuel that you received it in; we do not do business with fuel.
We confirm the car group (cars with similar technical characteristics), but not the model. You can indicate in comments the type of car you prefer and we will do our best to offer it to you if it is available.
You have to deliver the vehicle at the place and time indicated in your contract or by our representative. In case of delays or changes in schedules, please contact us and we will reorganize the delivery time. (See Terms and Conditions for delay in delivery)
To extend your rental, you must call our reservations department +34 951 768 758, at least 24 hours before the expiration of the contract, checking availability, our staff will indicate the procedure. It is necessary to avoid the expiration of the contract of the rental period to avoid the expiration of the insurance.
Yes, we accept cash, but it is essential to have a valid credit card, belonging to the main contract holder as a guarantee of payment.
Passport or identity card, driver’s license and a valid credit card.
In our company, the second driver is free.
Our company offers unlimited mileage within Andalusia and Gibraltar.
You can only travel to Gibraltar outside of Spain and within the autonomous community of Andalusia.
The customer is responsible for installing and mounting the additional accessories, in accordance with Spanish law. In the event of an accident, the company assumes no responsibility for such assembly.
